1. What we collect

PlateFeed collects your WhatsApp phone number when you interact with our bot, and your email address or Google account details when you sign in to the web portal. We also store the cooking reel URLs you send us and the structured recipes we extract from them.

2. How we use your data

Your phone number is used solely to deliver recipe results back to you via WhatsApp. Your email is used to manage your account and send transactional messages (e.g. subscription receipts). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle collects and processes your payment details directly — PlateFeed does not store your card or banking information. Paddle operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Data retention

We retain your recipes and account data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at admin@platefeed.io.

5. Audio data

Audio extracted from cooking reels is transcribed and immediately deleted. We do not store audio files.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
